1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoTest ("Service"), operated by SpecLoop ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GeoTest provides website analysis tools that evaluate how well websites may be cited by generative AI systems. We provide a "GEO Score" and recommendations for improving AI visibility. Scores are estimates based on publicly available web content and do not guarantee any specific AI behavior or ranking.

3. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free & Paid Plans

The Service offers free Quick Scans and paid subscription plans for Site Analysis. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze for commercial purposes; (d) resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within GeoTest are owned by SpecLoop. Analysis reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute reports commercially without permission.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI systems will cite your website based on our recommendations. GEO Scores are informational estimates only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
